Water is the most important dietary aspect of living a healthy and well balanced lifestyle. It is key to the functioning of every aspect of the body, from the legs and feet, to the brain. Staying sufficiently hydrated is crucial because it enables our bodies to work at the most efficient levels, with blood and oxygen flow at their most effective. This is crucial because it can keep people looking and feeling younger and more vibrant.

Ive been thinking about the most cost effective, eco-friendly way to ensure that I get an unlimited supply of great tasting, pure water and I think it buy installing a BIBO water dispenser. Water dispensers convert ordinary tap water into using a great tasting water purifier UK system. It is far superior to ordinary tap water, and far cheaper than bottled water. It is also available in your home with no additional requirements. there are no re-fills, and you will never run out of purified water!

Today, more than ever peoples diets are irregular. The sheer number of different approaches to healthy food consumption can make it complex for those trying to live a healthy or ethical lifestyle. Below are the two ethical diets that I'm considering:
-Vegan diets: Vegans dismiss the consumption of any animal products (primarily meat and dairy) because they assert that using animals solely for human nutrition is immoral, and unhealthy. They also avoid food which has been processed using animals eg. During transportation.

-Localists: Localists focus on the geographical origins of food, rather than food types. They claim that food that is produced in close proximity to its’ point of consumption is better than that grown far away, because it has not undergone long haul transportation which pollutes the environment. Therefore the food arrives fresher, and so is healthier to eat than that food which has travelled across continents.
Definitely food for thought!

I've got really back into watching Ugly Betty again, it's such a funny and sweet little program. I watched it every Friday night or whenever when I was a teenager and it first came out on Channel 4, now recently I've been catching the odd episode from the third season on e4 reruns.
I was getting so confused with it all, missing episodes, jumping forward random seasons, so I've just downloaded the whole of series one to four instead and am working my way through them whenever I have a spare hour!

I've put them on my r4ds so I've been watching bits and bobs when I'm on my commute or getting on public transport at any point, and sometimes on my lunch break if I decide to go and sit in a cafe or coffee shop or something!
The last one I caught on TV was right at the end of season three, Betty had finally gotten a promotion to features editor which is miles ahead of the beginning of the program where I've gone back to, where she's struggling in her new role as an assistant. I've got a lot of catching up to do!

Isn't the idea of fandom quite strange? The wikipedia definition is:
"A fan, sometimes also called aficionado or supporter, is a person with a liking and enthusiasm for something, such as a band or a sports team. Fans of a particular thing or person constitute its fanbase or fandom."
I get it, I'm a 'fan' of a lot of things: bands, a football team, books and movies, but some people take it so much further than that. I met a guy who is a huge Star Wars fan and he is pretty hardcore, but then I heard about some people who take it to a whole new level.

It's not just a matter of having the most exclusive special edition movie boxset and a few action figures and lego star wars sets, these guys have it tattooed on their bodies, they learn how to speak Wookie and all sorts!

I don't care what any man says, romance is easy!
I'm sick of men complaining about not knowing how to be romantic and woo a lovely lady, it's easy.
Be a nice person. There's a start, it's pretty simple.
From there on out it's just the little things. If you think she looks pretty, tell her that, if you think she looks amazing, tell her that, but be honest.

Little gifts just because you felt like it can put the biggest smile on her face. Bringing her a cupcake or a cookie for later if you're meeting for lunch, or 'I sat this an thought of you' presents are golden. It shows you were thinking of her!
And there's nothing better than a good old bunch of flowers, there are plenty of flower delivery england services that will help you out with that. Send them to her work, she'll be the envy of all her co-workers!
There's your start. Now, go forth and be romantic!
